Roller Skating with Androscoggin Fallen Angels • Register • View Cart •

Skate School 2023
Come learn to skate from the pros! The Androscoggin Fallen Angels Roller Derby team has organized programs for youth and adults! All programs will help skaters become more confident on skates, meet new people, and to have fun!

Junior Skate School
Ages: 5-16
Location: Lewiston Armory
Cost: R $50/ NR $58
Dates: Wednesday, May 1- June 5
Choose from two time slots:
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM 

Participants will be divided into two groups depending on skill level, though no experience is necessary.
Group 1: Skills for new skaters, including moving forward, balancing, falling and getting up safely, beginning stops and side stepping.
Group 2: Designed for kids who are more comfortable on their skates. This group will learn everything listed above, as well as additional stops, introduction to skating backwards, intro to crossover and basic footwork skills.

Participants need to provide their own roller skates, helmet, and safety gear. FMI about class structure, please contact Androscoggin Fallen Angels at afarollerderby@gmail.com
