Vendor Registration- 2024 Fall Artisan and Craft Fair • Register • View Cart •

Register to be a vendor at Lewiston's Annual Fall Artisan and Craft Fair!

Registration Fee: The registration fee is $40, plus an item donation for our vendor raffle. A recreation department staff will visit your table after you check in to collect it. Proceeds help offer free/low cost programs for our City's youth. 
Tables are first come-first serve. Multi-level marketing tables are limited to one per company. Vendors who are selling food must provide their kitchen ID number upon registration. 

Spaces: Spaces are roughly 10ft X 10ft. Each vendor will be provided with an 8ft long rectangular table and chair(s). Vendors may bring their own table, racks etc., for display. If you need electricity, please make sure that you note this in your registration.

Food and Drink: Concession items will be available (hot and cold drinks, hot dogs, etc). Roaming Eats will be joining us again for this year's fair!

Event Set-Up/Break Down: Bay doors will open at 7:00 AM for vendors to start setting up booth areas. Vendors must be broken down by 4:30 PM.

Parking: Vendors should park behind the middle school after dropping off their merchandise in the gym.

Event Promotion: Our event gets advertised in multiple news papers, calendars, on social media, and throughout the City.
Please feel free to send photos of your products to cmorin@lewistonmaine.gov, we will be using them in our social media posts.

Cancellations: Vendors who cancel their registration can receive a refund, minus a $10 administrative fee. Vendors who cancel within 2 weeks of the event will not receive a refund.
