Grades Pre-K-2nd Registration Deadline: Friday, April 17th, 2026
Grades 3rd-6th Registration Deadline: Tuesday, April 14th, 2026
Join our Coaching Team! Youth Sports Volunteers are the heart of our programs. Join our coaching team to help us foster a positive and supportive environment for our young athletes. Volunteer coaches will receive a FREE program registration, an account credit or a refund for overseeing a team. PreK-Kindergarten Kiddiesticks
Dates: Sundays, May 3rd - June 14th (Skip Memorial Day Weekend)
Time: 9:00AM-9:45AM
Location: Joseph Deschenes Field at Lewiston High School (closest to The Colisee & Jude's Place)
Cost: $55 Residents/$65 Non-Residents
Equipment: Running shoes, water bottle. Lacrosse sticks will be provided by Lewiston Recreation if you do not have one.
Description: Kiddiesticks Lacrosse is where they will learn the fundamentals of the sport through various instructions & drills. They will learn proper techniques of holding the stick, how to shoot, ground balls, passing and basic ground rules of the game!
1st-2nd Grade Kiddiesticks
Dates: Sundays, May 3rd - June 14th (Skip Memorial Day Weekend)
Time: 10:00AM-11:00AM
Location: Joseph Deschenes Field at Lewiston High School (closest to The Colisee & Jude's Place)
Cost: $55 Residents/$65 Non-Residents
Equipment: Running shoes, water bottle. Lacrosse sticks will be provided by Lewiston Recreation if you do not have one.

3rd/4th Grade Boys Travel Lacrosse
Practice Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays Starting Week of April 28th (may begin the week of April 13th depending on Field Conditions) to week of June 9th.
Practice Time: All practices are 5PM-6:15PM
Practice Location: Montello Elementary Field, 407 East Ave., Lewiston, ME
Game Dates: Games will be on Sundays likely beginning June 3rd.
Game Locations: Home game location is TBD. Away Games will vary.
Cost: $85 Residents/$95 Non-Residents
Equipment: Stick, Helmet, Mouth Guard, Elbow Guards, Gloves, Chest/Shoulder Pad, Cleats, Water Bottle
Description: Travel Lacrosse season will consist of 2 practices during the week followed by games on the weekend, home or away. This is for new or veteran players of the sport as our volunteer coaches will work with all players through the fundamentals of Lacrosse. They will also work on positions on the field including players who would like to try goalie.
3rd/4th Grade Girls Lacrosse
Practice Dates: Tuesdays & Wednesdays Starting Week of April 28th (may begin the week of April 15th depending on Field Conditions) to week of June 10th.

All 3rd/4th & 5th/6th Grade travel teams will have a team bag with goalie equipment for players who may be interested in being a goalie during the season.
Girls Lacrosse Sticks: If you are looking to play lacrosse at the 3rd-6th grade levels and need a stick, please contact Tim Duchette at TDuchette@lewistonmaine.gov. We will have sticks for players to use during the season and then return at the end.
