Lewiston Recreation Indoor Track & Field will be a 10 week program introducing the events to new participants and growing the skills of current track athletes! The program will include new & unique ways of training to build their muscles, endurance & keeping your child active. The track & field events to be included will be hurdles, shot put, javelin, running, long jump, & triple jump.
  • Boys & Girls Age 6-15
  • When: Sundays, Jan. 19th - March 23rd 
    • Ages 6-10 will be 2:30PM-3:30PM
    • Ages 11-15 will be 3:30Pm-4:30PM
  • Where: Lewiston Armory, 65 Central Ave. Lewiston, ME (we are looking at possibly getting into Bates College Indoor Track Facility. If that happens, we will let everyone know.)
  • Cost: $50/Res; $60 Non-Res.
  • What do you need: Water bottle, gym shoes, comfortable clothes. There may be a time where coaches may do a race outside using the snow shoes we have. This does depend on the weather.



Join our Coaching Team! Youth Sports Volunteers are the heart of our programs. Join our coaching team to help us foster a positive and supportive environment for our young athletes. Volunteer coaches will receive a FREE program registration, an account credit or a refund for overseeing a team.
