Gentle Yoga in the Park with Melissa of Honeybee Healing Arts, Yoga, & Wellness
Life moves fast—and so do we: Always on the go, constantly plugged in, and juggling too much. Yoga in the Park offers you a much-needed pause to take a few deep breaths to slow your nervous system down. Designed for our busy, over-scheduled lives, this class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and restorative poses to support flexibility, balance, and deep relaxation.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, variations will be offered so you can honor your body and choose what feels best.
Bring: Your own mat and water; dress in comfy clothes you can move freely in.
Where: Simard Payne Park (The Lewiston Armory if bad weather)
When: Monday Nights from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Registration: SAVE by signing up for the full session, or pay the drop-in fee. This is a Pay What You Can Program with sliding scale.
Drop-In Fee: $7/$10/$13
Session Fee: $45/$50/$55
Spring Session: May 4 - June 22 (June 29 is a make-up day)
Summer Session: July 6 - August 24 (August 31 is a make-up day)
Fall Session: September 7 - 28 (Drop In Rate is $20/$25/$30 for the shorter session)
