Join Kendil Snow-Black, a licensed Zumba® Instructor who is passionate about creating high-energy, welcoming classes where everyone feels encouraged to move, have fun, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.
With a background in health, wellness, and fitness, Kendil combines easy-to-follow choreography with an upbeat atmosphere that makes exercise feel like a celebration. Whether you're brand new to Zumba or a seasoned participant, her classes are designed for all fitness levels, focusing on movement, confidence, and community rather than perfection.
In addition to teaching at multiple locations throughout Central Maine, Kendil is also a Human Resources professional, certified personal trainer, youth sports coach, and proud mom of five. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the dance floor, inspiring people to build healthier, happier lives through movement and connection. Join Kendil for a class and experience an energetic workout filled with great music, positive vibes, and plenty of smiles!
- Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays 8/31 - 10/12 (No Class Monday 9/7 for Labor Day)
- Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- Location: Lewiston Armory - 65 Central Ave, Lewiston 04240
- Fees: Residents $10, Non-Residents $11. Participants are encouraged to register and pay in advance using the activity link below. Walk-in participants are also welcome and may pay on-site with cash or check.
- Equipment: Comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle.
